The Spring 2026 ECNL Girls North Carolina National Event took place from May 30 – June 1, featuring top teams across the U15-U17 age groups.

Albion Hurricanes FC 2010 (TX)
Drumgoole-Gray shined during AHFC’s 2-0 win over Charlotte Soccer Academy in the tournament opener. The Class of 2028 midfielder assisted London Bosworth on one goal, and she scored the other goal herself on an assist from Caroline Barrow. Drumgoole-Gray is an integral part of the AHFC 2010 attack. Future North Carolina Tar Heel and U.S. U-17 Women’s National Team member Gianna Hanf was simply unstoppable at ECNL NC, piling up 5 goals and 4 assists for Match Fit Surf 2009. The team piled up 13 total goals over the course of 3 straight wins. Hanf and her teammates are in top form this season, entering the postseason with the #3 overall seed in the Champions League standings. (HIGHLIGHTS)
The U.S. U-17 Women’s National Team player earned Player of the Match honors for her standout performance in the ECNL National Selection Game, as she guided the West Team to a victory. Morrell, who has verbally committed to Penn State for the Class of 2027, also helped VDA 2009 get ready for the ECNL Champions League Playoffs with some impressive performances against some of the top-rated teams in the country. VDA (currently ranked #16 in the Champions League standings) finished the showcase with a huge 2-1 win over #5 ranked Legends FC San Diego.
The University of Florida 2027 commit was rock solid between the posts for San Juan SC 2009, securing a pair of clean sheets as her team posted an unbeaten 2-0-1 record. (HIGHLIGHTS)
Smith opened the tournament with a brace during Sting Black 2009’s fast-paced 5-2 win over FC DELCO.
