Milan Stimphil is a Class of 2030 goalkeeper from Chesapeake, Virginia, competing with Beach FC 2011/2012 ECNL U15 in the Mid-Atlantic Conference and Grassfield High School. A right-footed, modern sweeper-keeper, Milan is known for her shot stopping, 1v1 ability, distribution, decision-making, vocal leadership, and command of the box.

During the 2025–26 ECNL season, Milan recorded 8.5 clean sheets in 18 games, the highest in her conference, while posting a 0.94 goals-against average and 7–8 saves per game. She has been selected for U.S. Talent ID and the ID2 Showcase Spotlight and was named the 2026 Hugo Owens Middle School Female Athlete of the Year.

Milan trains at MKGK Academy with Michael Kappas and completes strength and conditioning training with Isaiah King and Sarah Wilson. A dual-sport athlete, she also competes as a PG/SG for Grassfield High School basketball.
