I am a fierce and passionate competitor who strives to perform for my family, school, coaches, and most importantly, my teammates. I bring energy, toughness, and a strong desire to win every time I step on the field. Throughout my career, my coaches have trusted me to play multiple positions based on what the team needs, especially when injuries have required me to step into a different role.

My strongest positions are outside back and center back. I love defending and take pride in competing against top-level players. Some of my biggest strengths are reading the game, anticipating passes, closing down space quickly, and putting immediate pressure on attackers. I enjoy forcing difficult first touches, winning 1v1 battles, and turning defensive plays into opportunities for my team to attack.

Whether I am playing outside back or center back, I am physical, aggressive, vocal, and have the stamina to compete for the entire match. I have been a starter for Tampa Bay United since 2022, and I understand that a starting position has to be earned every day. That motivates me to bring my best effort to every practice and every game.

Personally, my family has had a major influence on the person and athlete I am today. My parents are Meb and Yordanos, and I have two sisters, Sara and Fiyori. My father is a four-time Olympian, an Olympic silver medalist in Athens, and a champion of both the Boston and New York City Marathons. Growing up around his dedication and work ethic has taught me the importance of discipline, mental toughness, consistency, and giving my best effort in everything I do.
