Players That Impressed: ECNL Girls South Carolina National Event (Spring 2026)

The Spring 2026 ECNL Girls South Carolina National Event took place from May 8-10, featuring top teams across the U12-U15 age groups.

ECNL South Carolina served as a tune-up for the upcoming postseason, as it was one of the last ECNL National Events of the 2025-26 regular season. It provided a meaningful opportunity for players in the younger age groups to prepare themselves for the college showcase environment, as they get ready to compete in high-stakes tournaments in future seasons.

East Coast Surf Pre-ECNL 2014 (NY)

Stewart dominated on the attacking side for East Coast Surf 2014, racking up 5 goals and 1 assist over the course of the tournament, as her team secured a pair of clean sheet victories. She’s a force to be reckoned with at all times, whether she’s blowing past defenders to score goals, or drawing several defenders to her area before passing the ball to her teammates in open space. Representing one of the top-ranked teams in the country for the 2013 age group, Farnham showed her elite speed of play during a 2-0 victory over a strong SUSA FC squad. The midfielder with an extensive futsal background corralled a contested loose ball in the box, then beat her defender with a lighting quick turn and fired a perfect shot into the net. (WATCH)

FSA FC 2012 (CT)

Kelly filled up the stat sheet with 3 goals and 2 assists for FSA FC 2012 at ECNL South Carolina, as the team posted a strong 2-1-0 record. She’s a spark plug up top, constantly finding creases in the opposing defense and devastating opponents with her elite anticipation and decisive first touches when the ball comes her way. Arlington Soccer 2012 (VA)

One 0f four Arlington Soccer 2012 players who was selected to compete in the ECNL South Carolina Spotlight Game, Riddlemoser scored a goal for Team East in the high-flying victory. She and her teammate Jackie Williams were instrumental in the win, as they successfully took on some of the best defenders in the country from Team West.

Concorde Fire Premier 2012 (GA)

Gathany stepped up in a huge way for Concorde Fire Premier 2012 during a back-and-forth 3-3 draw against a talented Arlington Soccer squad. The midfielder finished the game with a brace, as she converted a PK and scored another brilliant goal on a full sprint deep into the box, as she received a perfectly-timed cross and finished with ease. Her 2 goals came within a 10-minute span in the second half, as Concorde erased a 2-0 Arlington lead. (WATCH)

St. Croix Academy ECNL RL 2011 (MN)

Surgenor racked up 2 goals and 3 assists for St. Croix Academy over the course of a successful, unbeaten (2-0-1) tournament in South Carolina. Her playmaking abilities were on full display in her team’s 3-1 victory over Match Fit Surf ECNL RL, as she had a hand in all 3 goals, scoring once and assisting Savannah Ziemann on both the others.

Arlington Soccer 2012 (VA)

Williams sparked the offense for Team East during their 4-0 victory over Team West in the ECNL Spotlight Game on Saturday night. The Arlington Soccer 2012 forward earned Player of the Match honors on the national stage, continuing what has been and outstanding season for the playmaker, who was recently called up by U.S. Soccer for the U-14 Girls North Region Mini-Camp.

A maestro on the attacking unit for SUSA FC 2012, Farinhas dazzles with the ball at her feet with some sharp spin moves and crafty footwork. She has the ability to take over games with her playmaking abilities and nose for the goal. Came up with some big saves over the course of an unbeaten (2-0-1) weekend for Concorde Fire Premier 2011, as her team conceded just 2 total goals in 3 games. St. Croix Academy ECNL RL 2011 (MN)

Ziemann showed great chemistry with her teammates during an impressive showing for St. Croix Academy ECNL RL 2011 in South Carolina. She finished the tournament with 3 goals during an unbeaten (2-0-1) weekend, which included the only goal in a gritty 1-1 draw against Florida West FC, an ECNL National squad. Ziemann also recorded a brace in the opening match against Match Fit Surf, a 3-1 victory for her side.
