The Spring 2026 ECNL Girls South Carolina National Event took place from May 8-10, featuring top teams across the U12-U15 age groups.

ECNL South Carolina served as a tune-up for the upcoming postseason, as it was one of the last ECNL National Events of the 2025-26 regular season. It provided a meaningful opportunity for players in the younger age groups to prepare themselves for the college showcase environment, as they get ready to compete in high-stakes tournaments in future seasons.

She and her teammate Jackie Williams were instrumental in the win, as they successfully took on some of the best defenders in the country from Team West.

Concorde Fire Premier 2012 (GA)

Gathany stepped up in a huge way for Concorde Fire Premier 2012 during a back-and-forth 3-3 draw against a talented Arlington Soccer squad. The midfielder finished the game with a brace, as she converted a PK and scored another brilliant goal on a full sprint deep into the box, as she received a perfectly-timed cross and finished with ease. Surgenor racked up 2 goals and 3 assists for St. Croix Academy over the course of a successful, unbeaten (2-0-1) tournament in South Carolina. Her playmaking abilities were on full display in her team’s 3-1 victory over Match Fit Surf ECNL RL, as she had a hand in all 3 goals, scoring once and assisting Savannah Ziemann on both the others.

She finished the tournament with 3 goals during an unbeaten (2-0-1) weekend, which included the only goal in a gritty 1-1 draw against Florida West FC, an ECNL National squad. Ziemann also recorded a brace in the opening match against Match Fit Surf, a 3-1 victory for her side.
