Two months after winning an NCAA College Cup title with the University of Virginia in his senior year, Ryan Zinkhan has accepted an offer to step in as general manager of Fredericksburg FC, the club announced over the weekend in the latest of a series of sweeping leadership changes.
CCL Winter Showcase: Top teams roll, others climb in standings
More than 120 U-15 through U-18 teams enjoyed temperatures in the mid-60s for the third and final day of the CCL Winter Showcase on Sunday in Richmond, Va. A wide collection of college coaches from around the region took in the matches which also counted toward the league standings. Several teams were able to complete perfect weekends earning nine points, and others pulled out critical wins over high-ranking opponents to improve their place in the table.

The Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) today announced the College Impact of the league's 2015 graduating class, revealing that 90 percent of the ECNL's 1,357 graduating seniors will go on to play college soccer in the fall of this year. In total, 1,203 ECNL athletes will go on to play collegiately with 920 in NCAA Division I programs.
