Former Maryland United standout Kale’a Perry transfers from VCU to Lipscomb

NASHVILLE – Lipscomb women’s soccer head coach Kevin O’Brien announced the addition of forward Kale’a Perry to the roster. Perry will be joining the Bisons after transferring from VCU and will be immediately eligible for competition in the fall.

“We are thrilled to welcome KP to the Lipscomb family,” O’Brien said. “Her athleticism is fantastic and her left foot is even better. She is a prolific goal scorer that has the ability to make an immediate impact in our program.”

Perry, a Waldorf, Maryland native, graduated from Bishop McNamara High School and played club soccer for Maryland United FC. She was ranked #82 on the TopDrawerSoccer IMG Academy National Top 200 list and earned High School All-American honors. Perry netted 49 goals and dished out 18 assists for Bishop McNamara and scored 48 goals to go along with 23 assists for Maryland United FC.
