New No. 1 team featured in 2022 Winter High School Soccer Rankings

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — United Soccer Coaches released the latest winter high school boys’ and girls’ soccer rankings, on Tuesday. Dominican (New Orleans, La.) took over the No. 1 spot on the girls’ poll, while Tampa Prep (Tampa, Fla.) claimed first on the boys’ poll again this week.Tampa Prep earned No. 1 on the boys’ poll for the fourth straight week, followed by Servite (Anaheim, Calif.) and Cypress Bay (Weston, Fla.) each moving up one spot to take second and third, respectively. Rounding out the Top 5 on the boys’ poll is Eastlake (El Paso, Texas) in fourth and Seven Lakes (Katy, Texas) in fifth.Dominican (New Orleans, La.) claimed the No. 1 spot on the girls’ poll this week, followed by Prosper (Prosper, Texas) moving up one spot to second. Santiago (Corona, Calif.) took over the third spot and previously unranked St. Johns Country Day (Orange Park, Fla.) and Temecula Valley (Temecula, Calif.) claimed fourth and fifth, respectively.
