Longtime MLS, U.S. Men’s stalwart Frankie Hejduk retires

Longtime MLS and U.S. Men's National Team defender Frankie Hejduk announced his retirement from professional soccer on Thursday, following a stellar 16-year career in which he captained the Columbus Crew to the MLS Cup 2008 championship, won a second league title as a reserve with the Los Angeles Galaxy last year and represented the United States at two World Cups and two Olympics.

More than 20,000 tickets sold for U.S. MNT match in Jacksonville

More than 20,000 tickets have been sold for the U.S. Men’s National Team game against Scotland on May 26 at EverBank Field in Jacksonville, Fla., already surpassing the city's attendance record set in 1981.
