Kick in the face by Hong Kong youth soccer player brings criminal charges
A kick in the face by a 10-year old soccer player in Hong Kong has not only gone viral on You Tube, it has brought criminal charges against the boy.
The London Telegraph article notes in the opening part of the story that a 10-year old boy who plays for the ESF Lions team kicked a 12-year old boy, playing for Kitchee Escola, in the head after a bad tackle. The kick to the head, if you take a look at it, is disturbing.
If you’re the parents of the 12-year old boy, would you have filed criminal charges against the 10-year old boy?
