The St. James FC Virginia announces 22-player early signing class

The St. James FC Virginia has announced the student athletes of the class of 2020 that are signing to play college soccer.

These players have committed to top academic and athletic institutions from around the country. This list will grow as more players finalize their college decision.

“It has been a joy seeing these young women grow and develop at TSJ FC Virginia over the years,” said TSJ FC Virginia Girls Academy Director Bobby Puppione. “This is a group filled with current youth national team players, leaders in their community/schools, mentors in the club and community, and overall good people. We are extremely proud of these young women for signing to play at the next level. Their daily efforts inside our player development environment have helped them become the players and people they are today. And we are looking forward to seeing them flourish as student athletes in the college game and beyond.”

These players will now be joining the more than 160 players that have gone on to play college soccer from TSJ FC Virginia.
“This is yet another class of kids that have had their eyes on the prize since day one of coming to FCV,” said U19 United Coach Cory Hanks. “They never made excuses. They never felt they were owed something. Their failures only made them stronger. And as with anyone who becomes successful they put in the work when no one was watching. It’s rewarding and humbling to see them reach that goal of playing at the next level.”
