Players to Watch: ECNL Girls 2026 National Playoffs and Finals

The 2026 ECNL Girls Playoffs and Finals are coming up fast, with the postseason event slated for July 11-17 at 60 Acres Park in Redmond, WA.

This year’s ECNL postseason will be condensed into a single event for the U13-U17 age groups, with the group stage and and the knockout rounds all taking place in Seattle. It will be a major college recruiting opportunity for players in the Class of 2028, while younger players will have a chance to get on the radar of the hundreds of college coaches who will be on hand. Ahead of the ECNL Girls Playoffs and Finals, here are some players to know for the tournament, including a wide of range of nationally-renowned stars, rising talents, and some under-the-radar names to know. Players are listed according to their graduation year.

2030

Aylani Callwood

Defender
MD

Callwood is a top-rated Class of 2030 prospect who serves as team captain for Bethesda SC 2011. The sky’s the limit for her trajectory, as she’s already an established member of the U.S. U-15 Girls National Team. Callwood serves as a dominant center back who can cover immense ground on the defensive side, while also providing plenty of firepower on the attacking side as a two-way player, who can turn go from forcing turnovers to jumpstarting the offense at a moment’s notice.

Iva Mei Lian

A rising prospect out of Maryland, Iva Mei Lian is a versatile center midfielder for Bethesda SC 2011, which will be competing in the Champions League division. In addition to being a key contributor on the ECNL side, Lian has garnered experience at the international level, scoring multiple goals for the Bulgarian U-15 Girls National Team.

Blakely Bickerstaff

One of several noteworthy attacking players on the Michigan Hawks 2011 team, Bickerstaff is always a threat when she has the ball at her feet. She’s an outstanding passer with exceptional field vision, who can create space with dangerous dribbling, drawing a lot of extra defenders into her zone, before passing the ball to one of her teammates in open space. She’s been identified as a strong prospect by U.S. Soccer, earning a spot on the U.S. U-14 Girls North Region Talent ID Mini Camp roster.

This versatile, two-way contributor plays up a year on the national powerhouse Michigan Hawks 2011 ECNL team. Gallagher-Szerlip has a bright future ahead of her, as she’s already extremely highly-regarded within her club’s player pool, in addition to the scouts at U.S. Soccer. She earned a spot on the U.S. U-14 Girls Talent ID Mini Camp roster this spring, as one of the top midfielders in the North Region.

Flora Schweer

Schweer has really made a name for herself as a Class of 2030 prospect with a lot of momentum, representing Arlington Soccer 2012 in Northern Virginia. She led her team to an outstanding 12-1-5 record, losing just once during the regular season in ECNL Mid-Atlantic Conference play. Schweer was one of only 62 players in the country who was selected for U.S. U-14 Girls Talent ID National Camp this spring, after impressing U.S. Soccer scouts at the North Region Mini Camp. She also made waves on US Club Soccer’s id2 circuit during the current cycle.

Peyton Jones | Goalkeeper
Real Colorado 2012 (CO)

A rising talent at the goalkeeper position for Real Colorado 2012, Peyton Jones has played a big role in guiding her team to the ECNL Champions League Playoffs. Jones is a member of the US Youth Soccer ODP National Selection Team and US Club Soccer’s id2 National Select roster pool. She recently competed in the ECNL’s U14 Spotlight Game as well, and has always risen to the occasion on the national stage.

Laney Jallad

A new addition to the stacked Michigan Hawks 2011 ECNL roster, Laney Jallad made her way over from Liverpol FC IA Michigan, where she built up a really strong name for herself. The Class of 2029 midfielder / defender profiles as a future strong contributor for an NCAA Power 4 program, thanks to her smart and savvy playing style, paired with her speed, strength and size, which is expected to translate well at the next level. She’s a standout in the US Youth Soccer ODP roster pool, earning a spot on the 2011 ODP National Team.

Blaire Bickerstaff is a dynamic playmaker on the attacking side for Michigan Hawks 2011, often scoring goals in bunches for one of the most prolific teams in the country. Playing alongside her younger sister Blakely, she helped the Hawks offense dominate the ECNL Midwest Conference, outscoring all other teams by at least 10 goals in the regular season.

Francesca Fiore

This standout goalkeeper will be representing Penn Fusion 2011 in the ECNL’s North American Cup division. Fiore has extensive experience in the top levels of US Youth Soccer’s ODP roster pool, earning multiple selections to the East Regional Team, in addition the ODP National Select Team in 2025. Fiore shines as a distributor out of the back, making some phenomenal passes which often lead into strong possessions for her side.

Alaia Harrington

Having recently re-classified to the Class of 2028 (previously 2029), Harrington instantly made herself one of the most coveted prospects in the country, among those who are eligible to verbally commit. Harrington is a game-breaking midfielder and forward for FC Dallas 2010, which will be vying for a National Championship in the ECNL Champions League. She’s a U.S. U-15 Girls National Team roster pool member, recently earning a call-up in April 2026.

Vivian Baker is a name to know at the upcoming ECNL National Playoffs, representing a dominant 2010 MVLA squad and making every moment between the posts count. Armed with elite positional IQ and fearless shot-stopping ability, she consistently turns high-danger chances into routine saves against top-tier competition, backed by crisp footwork and calm, confident decision-making. Mack has been a goal-scoring machine for many years, and she’ll likely continue to be a matchup nightmare in the SEC when she’s suiting up for the Bulldogs. At nearly 6-feet tall, Mack has the size to win vertically in the box on crosses and set pieces, and she has a huge leg from distance, plus the speed and lateral quickness to beat defenders 1v1.

This U.S. U-16 Girls National Team player has the ability to take over games as a defender, often making plays which can completely erase the efforts of even the most talented opposing attacking players. Kline reads the game at an exceptionally high level, and is often multiple steps ahead of her opponents, leading to many possessions getting shut down before even getting off the ground. Kline’s a mainstay in the USYNT roster pool, and she profiles as a future professional player and potential USWNT player for years to come.

One of the most unique players in the country, Staats is a wildcard who can lineup at any position on the field and compete at a National Team level. She’s a U.S. U-16 Girls National Team player who has piled up dozens of accolades over the years, while leading Solar SC 2010 to sustained national prominence. Staats is a 2-time USA Weightlifting National Champion, which translates to the soccer field in a big way, as she dominates opponents with both speed and world class power.

A top defender from the ECNL Northwest Conference, Chloe is an ECNL All-Conference First Team selection and a two-time ECNL National Selection Game participant. A captain for the XF Academy 2010 team, Chloe has received USYNT Talent ID invites four years in a row, as well as multiple invitations to NY/NJ Gotham FC and Reign FC events. A standout at Ballard High School, she earned 1st Team All-Metro conference honors and was named varsity team MVP two years in a row.
