McLean Youth Soccer hires Gary Evans as Recreation Director
(Via McLean Youth Soccer) – McLean Youth Soccer (MYS) has announced that Gary Evans has been hired as the club’s Recreation Director.
Originally, from the United Kingdom, Gary has been a coach for the McLean travel and recreation programs since 2007. He currently coaches the rising U15 Gold boys’ team and maintains USSF ‘D’ National Youth Soccer License. Over the years, he has helped many players graduate from recreation/gold to play for higher-ranked teams within the club. He started playing at the age of three and grew up playing in Bristol, England as a goalkeeper at school/university, and while in the Boys Brigade. In addition to coaching, he runs his own facility management consulting business.
