West Florida Flames send ECNL coaches to Military World Games
Two West Florida Flames ECNL coaches were recently selected to the coaching staff of the 2015 U.S. Armed Forces Women’s Soccer team – West Florida Flames ECNL U18 Head Coach, Dale Buterbaugh and ECNL Director Jorge “Yoyo” Zavala. Buterbaugh was named the Head Coach of the U.S. Armed Forces Soccer Team and Zavala will serve as his assistant.

Dallas Texans SC slashes or eliminates fees for Development Academy, ECNL programs
For an organization like the Dallas Texans Soccer Club, which is comprised of dozens of teams in various leagues, there is a surplus of funding the club produces. On Aug. 24, the Dallas Texans announced it had gone even further to ensure players with financial limitations have the opportunity to compete at in the highest youth leagues. Starting this season, the club reduced fees for squads in divisions such as the U.S. Soccer Development Academy, Elite Clubs National League and Pre-Academy, with hopes to continue cutting costs for players' families moving forward.

ECNL Mid-Atlantic Conf. Week 1: Richmond United teams earn five wins
The 2015-2016 ECNL regular season kicked off over the weekend for some Southern clubs. ECNL Mid-Atlantic Conference representatives Richmond United and NC Fusion were among those clubs, squaring off at West Creek Complex in Richmond against each other and Southeast Conference side Charlotte Soccer Academy in the U-15, U-16, U-17 and U-18 age groups.

The 2014-15 season has seen a new winner of the award, but a club that has been consistently in the top 10 every year of the ECNL - Michigan Hawks.

PDA’s Meg Ryan becomes first female head coach to win ECNL championship
While the first-ever female NFL and NBA coaches have been making headlines, PDA Arsenal Head Coach Meg Ryan should be added to the list with another first in women’s coaching. Ryan is the first female head coach to win an ECNL National Championship.
