The 2017 US Youth Soccer ODP Championships kicked off Friday at the Reach 11 Sports Complex in Phoenix, Arizona. Elite Boys and Girls teams in the 2000 and 2001 age groups, from each of the four US Youth Soccer Regions, completed their semi-final matches and set the field for Sunday’s championship and consolation matches.
D.C. United Academy director Ryan Martin to coach DCU U-23 side
D.C. United Academy director Ryan Martin will coach the Black-and-Red’s Under-23 Team for the upcoming summer season. Martin, who started Jan. 1, was most recently an assistant coach for FC Cincinnati, where he helped build the roster from scratch ahead of the side’s debut season in USL.
