Downtown United Mineiro of the Cosmopolitan Junior Soccer League (CJSL) topped the Smithtown Scorpions of the Long Island Junior Soccer League (LIJSL), 2-1, to bring the Boys-Under-15 Arch Capital Group Cup back to Manhattan.
