But that did not matter on May 31 in LaGrange as another LIJSL team, the Sound Beach Stingrays, defeated them, 2-1, in the Girls-Under-18 final for supremacy in the Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association (ENYYSA).

The Dix Hills Elite did not give up a goal and outscored their opponents, 15-0, in the five games they played to win the Boys-Under-17 State Open Cup. This is Dix Hills’ third State Open Cup title and they were 2013 national finalists.
