Over 900 ECNL players commit to Division I programs for 2015
The Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) today announced the College Impact of the league's 2015 graduating class, revealing that 90 percent of the ECNL's 1,357 graduating seniors will go on to play college soccer in the fall of this year. In total, 1,203 ECNL athletes will go on to play collegiately with 920 in NCAA Division I programs.

USSDA clubs have 278 college commitments on signing day
National Signing Day took place on Wednesday, Feb. 4, as numerous players in U.S. Soccer’s Development Academy announced their college choices starting this fall. Of the 33 clubs that submitted their Academy college commitments, D.C. United heads the group with 16 players headed to the collegiate ranks. This 33-club group includes 278 college-bound players.

D.C. United has announced that 16 players from the D.C. United Academy have committed to play collegiate soccer at 13 different academic institutions, including some of the nation’s top Division I programs.

Jefferson Cup to announce 2015 top flight brackets at NSCAA Convention
With the 2015 Jefferson Cup kicking off in less than three months, the competition brackets have been set and the tournament’s top flights will be announced at the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Convention in Philadelphia on Friday, January 16.
