Nominees set for 2015 U.S. Soccer Female Player of the Year
U.S. Soccer has announced the five nominees for 2015 U.S. Soccer Female Player of the Year. This year's field features midfielders Lauren Holiday, Carli Lloyd, Megan Rapinoe, defender Becky Sauerbrunn, and goalkeeper Hope Solo.

Canada’s Christine Sinclair nears Mia Hamm on all-time scoring list
Canada came out strong against Mexico in the first match of the 2015 International Tournament of Natal at Arenas das Dunas in Brazil, scoring three goals before the half. Two early goals from Captain Christine Sinclair (13’ and 19’) made it Canada’s game to lose, and put her one goal away from tying Mia Hamm (158) as the second all-time scorer in women’s soccer, behind Abby Wambach (184) of the United States.

Thirty-six players called to U.S. U-15 Boys National Team camp
A 36-player roster was selected to round out the year for the final 2015 camp for the Under-15 Boys’ National Team ’02. This will be the second camp for players in the 2002 birth cycle for 2015 and will take place on Dec. 13-20 in Sunrise, Florida.
