Where are they now? Brad Knighton
By Jimmy LaRoue
Brad Knighton got a start in goal for the Vancouver Whitecaps and impressed even though they lost 2-0 to the L.A. Galaxy last Saturday. It was his second start of the season and third overall appearance with the first team.
He had a previous start in August, a 2-1 win over Real Salt Lake.
The former Richmond Strikers club player has been with three different MLS teams in his career–New England, Philadelphia and now Vancouver.
This season he has started a number of games with the Whitecaps’ reserves, but had only one previous start with the first team.
Vancouver is currently in the hunt for a playoff berth.
