I am a leader on the field through communication, organizing, and motivating my team. Using my physicality and strength, I am able to hold my own against other opponents, winning the ball, using well-timed tackles, intercepting passes, marking opponents effectively, and preventing the opposing team from advancing through the midfield. My strong soccer IQ and vision on the field allows me to anticipate the opponents’s moves and disrupt the opponent’s attack to protect my team’s defense, as well as making smart decisions about when to pass, dribble, or tackle. Using my technical skills, I am able to distribute the ball effectively, both short passes to maintain possession and longer passes to switch play or initiate attacks. I excel at maintaining composure and controlling the ball even under pressure, while covering a lot of ground throughout the game. I aspire to play soccer at the collegiate level while continuing my education in Business Management.
