Met Oval Academy adds U-12, U-13 Development Academy sides
(Via Met Oval) – Metropolitan Oval Academy, NYC’s only Youth Center of Excellence, has been awarded two additional U.S. Soccer Development Academy teams commencing in Fall 2016.
Metropolitan Oval Academy will be adding U-12 and U-13 Development Academy teams in addition to their current U-14 USSDA side.

“We are delighted to extend our relationship with the US Soccer Federation within the Development Academy,” said Met Oval Director of Coaching Filippo Giovagnoli. “This expansion will provide significant benefits to the accomplished youth players of the New York, further allowing Met Oval to provide the highest quality coaching, competition and facilities in support of the USSF. With New York’s only wholly owned field and facilities, we are able to offer the skills and tools needed to develop the elite players of tomorrow.”
