DC Stoddert joins Super Y League for 2020 season
WASHINGTON – DC Stoddert Soccer has announced its participation in Super Y for the 2020 season.
As part of the Summer Super Y League, DC Stoddert Players will have the opportunity to train and compete all summer long.
DC Stoddert will be one of over 100 clubs competing in the Super Y League in 2020. The club will enter eight teams into the league with four teams for the boys and four on the girls-side.
Teams in the U11-U14 age groups will have the opportunity to play with different coaches from their regular Travel Program coaches and will play a variety of top-level competition from throughout the area.
The Super Y League, ran by the USL, has an entire championship structure that culminates with Finals held in Tampa, Florida.
“Adding this program is a great step for our club,” said Acting Technical Director Khaled Hamami. “Super Y will allow us to showcase the incredible talent in our club and in the surrounding metro area.”
