Auburn Soccer announces 8 additions for 2026 via the transfer portal

AUBURN, AL – Auburn soccer bolstered its roster with the addition of eight transfer student-athletes over the course of the winter portal window.

“We’re super excited to welcome these eight young women to our Auburn soccer family,” head coach James Armstrong said. “With the graduation of a large senior class, we knew we would need to utilize the transfer portal to add depth to our roster, and we did just that. We targeted players who we felt would specifically fit our play style and identity as well as positively contribute toward the culture in the locker room. These ladies have won at every level they’ve played at. They’re competitors and hungry to win here at Auburn. All of them will make us better in some way, shape or form. We cannot wait to start building with them and our returners this spring!”

The class consists of three defenders, three midfielders, one forward and one goalkeeper from each of the Power Four conferences as well as the Horizon League. They’ve combined to win four conference championships and earn four All-Conference honors.

Seven of the women will enroll next semester and start playing in an Auburn jersey in the spring exhibition matches, which will be announced at a later date.
