The CCL has crowned champions for the 2016-2017 season. Arlington Soccer Association earned top honors, taking home the Dave Amsler Club Champion Trophy with a seasonal record of 165 wins, 44 losses, and 25 ties.

Champions crowned at US Youth Soccer Region IV Championships
The 2017 US Youth Soccer Region IV (West) Championships came to an exciting conclusion on Sunday in Seattle as 14 teams claimed titles. Not only did those sides step off the 60 Acres Soccer Complex fields as Regional Champions, but they also secured berths to the 2017 US Youth Soccer National Championships, which will be played July 24-30 at the Toyota Soccer Center in Frisco, Texas.

Sixteen teams from 10 clubs won 2017 NY Cup Gold Division championships, June 10-11 at HBC Complex in Huntington Station, N.Y. The 2017 NY State Cup featured 9-U through 18/19-U boys and girls teams, with competition in three divisions: Gold (most competitive), Silver and Bronze.

Madisyn Pezzino named Gatorade New York Girls Player of the Year
In its 32nd year of honoring the nation’s best high school athletes, The Gatorade Company, today announced Madisyn Pezzino of Grand Island Senior High School as its 2016-17 Gatorade New York Girls Soccer Player of the Year. Pezzino is the first Gatorade New York Girls Soccer Player of the Year to be chosen from Grand Island Senior High School.
