San Diego hosts best of West Coast, nation and beyond at Surf Cup
San Diego, Cal., has great weather, beautiful beaches and a rich history. From July 25-27, it hosts one of the premier youth soccer tournaments in the country as dozens of top youth club teams will gather on Del Mar’s polo fields or at the SoCal Sports Complex to compete in the San Diego Surf Cup.
Defense leads New York SC U-16 boys to NPL Finals title
Entering the 2015 National Premier Leagues Finals, which took place July 9-13 in Westfield, Ind., New York Soccer Club 99 boys head coach Mark Heffernan asked his team to do three things. The squad executed the plan to near perfection, posting a 4-0-1 record and steamrolling their way to the U-16 national title.
Broadcast schedule announced for US Youth Soccer National Championships
US Youth Soccer will provide ongoing live coverage of the 2015 US Youth Soccer National Championships, with more than 80 live games available next week. Competition at the National Championships will begin Tuesday, July 21, with first games scheduled for 8:30 a.m. ET.

Revamped Princeton SA U-17 Girls ready for National Cup Finals
TSW: Prior to the National Cup XIV Mid-Atlantic Regional, held June 29 – July 2 in Somerset, New Jersey, Princeton Soccer Association made a decision regarding its U-17 Girls Team. Princeton SA, a consensus top five non-ECNL team in New Jersey according to GotSoccer and Report-a-Score.com, added players from the Winslow Township Soccer Tigers, another top five team in the state. So far, the move has paid off.

TSW: The National Premier Leagues (NPL) 2014-15 season came to a close on Monday, as 12 U-13 to U-18 girls and boys teams were crowned champions at the NPL Finals in Westfield, Indiana. Local sides New York Red Bulls (U-13 Boys), New York SC (U-16 Boys) and NJ Stallions Dynamite (U-17 Girls) each won national titles. Street Soccer USA hosts Times Square Cup in NYC to benefit homeless
Street Soccer USA (SSUSA), the national non-profit organization utilizing soccer to teach life and job skills to at-risk and homeless youth and adults across the U.S. – hosted the third annual Times Square Cup yesterday, July 12 in partnership with New York City’s Department of Homeless Services, UNIQLO, New York Cosmos, TAG Heuer and other program partners.
