PWSI Icebreaker U-9 to U-12 boys champions and finalists
The 2015 PWSI Icebreaker kicked off over the weekend with the first of two weekends, where 22 flights of U-9 to U-12 boys teams squared off at Hellwig Park, Howison Park and Long Park in Prince William County, Va. Continue reading for a list of the 44 champions and finalists from the event.
PWSI Icebreaker kicking off with U-9 to U-12 boys weekend
The PWSI Icebreaker begins this weekend, March 21-22 with the U-9 to U-12 boys event. A total of 40 clubs from Virginia and Maryland are sending a combined 158 teams to compete in the tournament which is hosted at Howison Park, Hellwig Park and Long Park in Prince William County, Va.
Dallas Cup to co-host Generation Adidas Cup
The Dr Pepper Dallas Cup has announced that it is hosting, along with FC Dallas, the Generation adidas Cup. An annual competition involving Major League Soccer U17 Developmental Academies and select international teams, the Generation adidas Cup will play their games at Toyota Soccer Center at Toyota Stadium.

US Youth Soccer ODP Championships semifinals recap
The 2015 US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program Championships kicked off Friday at the Reach 11 Sports Complex in Phoenix. Elite Boys and Girls teams in the 1998 and 1999 age groups, from each of the four US Youth Soccer Regions, completed their semi-final matches and set the field for Sunday’s championship and consolation matches.
Loudoun Soccer Showcase Preview and Games to Watch
Virginia's largest youth club is hosting the Loudoun Soccer Showcase on its home fields at Loudoun Soccer Park in Leesburg and at Evergreen SportsPlex for the fourth time. Out of the 66 U-15 to U-19 girls and boys teams participating in the small but high-level tournament which runs from Feb. 27 to March 1, 12 are reigning State Cup champions.
Jefferson Cup U-16 Boys Preview: Virginia, New York, Carolinas well-represented
PSW: Arlington Attack Red, Loudoun 98 Red and BRYC 98 Elite will represent Virginia and the CCL in the 2015 Jefferson Cup U-16 Championship Division, competing against some of the other top teams in the nation. TSW: Lake Grove-Newfield SC Rampage, Brentwood SC Aguila 98 and FSA FC Elite 98 will represent the Tri-State area in the 2015 Jefferson Cup U-16 Championship Division.
