USWNT opens Algarve Cup with 2-1 Victory against Norway

U.S. U-15 GNT begins 2015 program with 36-player training camp March 14-21
TSW: The U.S. Under-15 Girls’ National Team will begin its 2015 programming with a 36-player training camp at the U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Carson, Calif., running from March 14-21. Tri-State area players Julia Dohle (New York SC; Scarsdale, N.Y.), Julia Hannon (HBC SC; Massapequa, N.Y.) and Leah Scarpelli (Match Fit Academy; Brick, N.J.) have been named to the camp roster. PSW: The U.S. Under-15 Girls’ National Team will begin its 2015 programming with a 36-player training camp at the U.S. Soccer National Training Center in Carson, Calif., running from March 14-21. Potomac area players Makenna Morris (Bethesda SC; Germantown, Md.), Jordan Canniff (Richmond United; California, Md) and Gabrielle Robinson (Braddock Road SC; Springfield, Va.) have been named to the camp roster.

U.S. U-23 WNT defeats Norway 2-0 at La Manga Tournament
The U.S. Under-23 Women’s National Team made it two wins in a row at the Six Nations Tournament in La Manga, Spain, defeating its counterpart from Norway, 2-0, on goals from forward Shea Groom and midfielder Danielle Colaprico.
