Ryder White plays as a forward or midfielder for the Virginia Development Academy (VDA) U16 Girls in the Elite Club National League (ECNL) Mid-Atlantic Region. Ryder typically operates from either left midfield, right midfield or from the striker position. Ryder is a dominant left footed player who is very technical and possesses great dribbling skills, shooting and passing abilities.

Ryder has helped the Virginia Development Academy (VDA) qualify for the Elite Club National League (ECNL) National Playoffs 2023, 2024 and 2025. Other achievements include:
