Addison Ingwersen

high school:

Kings Park

graduation:

2029

Addison Ingwersen is a 2029 forward/striker and attacking midfielder who combines technical ability, high soccer IQ, athleticism, versatility, and relentless work rate. She has a natural ability to find the goal, read the game, create opportunities, and impact play on both sides of the ball. Comfortable with either foot, Addison stands out for her intelligent off-ball movement, ability to recognize space, and understanding of the game.

An ECNL/GA-level talent, Addison has consistently challenged herself against high-level competition. She has captained the South Huntington Wolves for the past five seasons while also competing for two club teams and the NYS ODP program. She has appeared in four LI Cup Finals over the past five years. In 2026, Addie also played two years up and helped her 2009 team capture their bracket at the GA national Showcase in NC, the SUSA showcase on Long Island as well as the Mad Dog Mania Showcase in Poughkeepsie.

Addison is also an accomplished high school player. She returns this fall to Kings Park High School under Coach Bridget Patch, a former Virginia Tech Division I player and Adelphi soccer assistant coach. As a freshman, Addison received the Lauren Lenardi Award for Soccer Excellence, recognizing her outstanding contributions and commitment to the Kings Park soccer program.

Her ability has earned recognition beyond the local level. Addison was named one of five New York forwards to watch and one of 12 up-and-coming uncommitted players on Long Island. Scouts have highlighted her agility, straight-line speed, soccer IQ, and full-effort mentality. She is not simply an attacking player, Addison tracks back, defends, presses, wins possession, and consistently finds ways to influence the game. Her ability to contribute in multiple phases makes her an especially versatile prospect. Mor importantly Addie is the player who makes her teammates better and is the “glue” in the locker room.

Addison is equally committed to developing away from the field. She embraces the mamba mentality and trains at Victory Sports Performance under Coach Anthony Vernice, a program that develops numerous D1, D2, and D3 soccer players each year.

Academically, Addison carries a 4.0 GPA and was recently inducted into her school’s Honor Society.

Addison is a player who embraces competition, responds to challenges, and continually works to raise her level. She brings the mentality of a leader, the tools of an attacking player, and the work rate to impact the game in every phase. She is a dynamic 2029 attacking player who can score, create, defend from the front, and contribute immediately to a college program!
