Capital FC DC Cosmos U-17 Boys
EDP Cup Winter Showcase
Scored solo goal in tie vs. Maryland United. Scored opening goal in win over Washington United 98 with an incredible 30 yd strike into the upper 90. Led the Cosmos in scoring with 2 goals in 3 games in Super Group play. Created many opportunities for teammates to score throughout the weekend.


Peter Schans – Defender

EDP Cup Winter Showcase
Schans anchored the Capital FC defense with standout covering play, leadership, and timely tackles throughout the weekend, leading the team with the stingiest defense in the Super Group conceding just 3 goals in 3 games.


Maggie Pierce – Defender
CASL ECNL U-14  Girls
Disney Junior Showcase
Helped lead the CASL back line to four consecutive clean sheets to begin the tournament, including shutouts of the tournament’s top seed Concorde Fire ECNL and Orlando City SC ECNL. Pierce, a 2019 University of North Carolina commit, also racked up a team-high three assists during CASL’s run to the Final.

Gabi Shultz – Midfielder

Turkey Shootout
Battled in the midfield for every ball while displaying intelligent vision with her distribution and runs off the ball. Helped lead Annandale to the semifinal round.


Virginia Miller – Defender

Anchored the defense across all four games, displaying excellent tackling instincts and strong vision to build the attack out of the back.
