U.S. Women’s National Team forward Alex Morgan spent a day showing fans a day in her life on game day for the Seattle Sounders Women. Morgan has quickly become one of the most recognizable women’s soccer players in the world, and now we have a behind the scenes look at how she prepares for a match.

Morgan considers her off-field preparations equally as important as her on-field training. On game day, she begins with a walk along the water and throws in some yoga and breakfast with friends. We also get a glimpse at her pre-game warm-up, as well as how she mentally prepares.
