Makenzie is a dynamic defender with a rare combination of elite speed and athleticism, patience and a relentless work ethic. An agile, disciplined and team-focused defender with exceptional game vision known for strong tackling, accurate crosses and the ability to shut down opposing wingers. Makenzie is versatile on both ends of the field, contributing to the attack with precise passes and overlapping runs while maintaining defensive stability.

Makenzie plays club soccer at New York Soccer Club. In addition to soccer, Makenzie is a national qualifying track and field athlete in the 100, 200, 400, Long Jump and Triple Jump. During the 2025 spring track season she was one of the top ranked freshman jumpers in New Jersey.
