My name is Lauren Pena. I am from Lake Forest, California and am attending Santa Margarita Catholic High School (class of 2029) . My passion has always been to develop myself as a student athlete, always challenging myself to strive for the highest levels as a student, player, teammate, and a leader among my peers. Every day I am working hard to develop myself to reach the highest levels in these areas of my life. Soccer is a strong passion of mine as I continue to develop my craft physically, skillfully, and tactically. Speed, skill, & strength are never a question. I can play both sides (right and left wing) as both feet are equally strong and accurate. I can also play other midfield positions as I am extremely skillful in defending and providing buildup towards plays. I am constantly matched up against the opponents best defender as teams gameplan against me from effecting the match. My soccer IQ continues to grow every time I step on the field to compete. I am always receptive to being coachable and expanding my soccer knowledge.

I am currently on SoCal Reds G11 Girls Academy team. I have attended the U.S. Soccer Talent ID Center 2025 Norco CA, U.S. PDP camp in San Juan Capistrano CA 2024. as well as the the Girls Academy League southwest division ID camp in Carlsbad CA. 2025.
