Westchester United U-17 Boys win Eastern New York Premier League

(Via ENYYSA) – Westchester United FC of the Westchester Youth Soccer District (WYSD) added to their trophy case by defeating the Plainview/Old Bethpage Revolution of the Long Island Junior Soccer League (LIJSL), 3-1, in the Boys-Under-17 Eastern New York Premier League (ENYPL) final. This Eastern New York Youth Soccer Association (ENYYSA) championship game was played on Saturday, June 18 at the Peter Collins Soccer Park in Plainview.
“My hats off the Plainview/Old Bethpage for a great season,” said Westchester coach Antonio Corrado. “In these hot conditions, the weather gets to all the players. But all our boys gave 150% and stuck to our game plan.”
Gabe Perreira scored two goals and Kevin Alvarez added the other for Westchester, who played in the Regional Presidents Cup last month.
