Villanova men’s soccer signs Baltimore Armour midfielder Kyle Dixon

VILLANOVA, Pa. – The Villanova men’s soccer staff today announced the addition of center midfielder Kyle Dixon from Baltimore Armour Academy as part of its incoming class of signees. Dixon will enter Villanova as a freshman for the fall 2021 semester.

“We’re excited to announce this signing. Kyle is an dynamic center midfielder who has the athletic ability to cover a lot of ground throughout the game,” said Head Coach Tom Carlin. “He has the defensive intensity needed to control the middle of the field, as well as the technical and tactical vision to possess and break lines with his passing.”

“Dixon was raised on strong moral values and we look forward to inserting him into our team culture,” Carlin continued. “Kyle values the academic opportunities Villanova offers and will succeed in all aspects of life within our Villanova community.  Welcome to our Wildcat family!”

Dixon is the first announced newcomer for 2021 with more additions expected in the coming days.
