RABAT, Morocco – The U.S. U-19 Men’s Youth National Team defeated England 3-2 at the Mohammed VI Football Complex in its first match of the March international window.

In his first game representing the United States, forward Cole Campbell bagged a brace, while forward Marcos Zambrano added another to boost the USA to victory.

Campbell opened the scoring in the 15th minute before England pulled one back in the 21st on a penalty kick from Bailey Cadamarteri. Zambrano tallied in the 33rd to retake the lead for the U.S. before halftime. After the break, Campbell netted his second in the 49th to put the USA up 3-1. England’s Leo Castledine got the Young Lions closer with an 81st-minute goal, but the U.S. held strong down the stretch to secure the win.
