Six players chosen to represent Portland Timbers in Sueño MLS
PORTLAND (Via Portland Timbers) – Major League Soccer and the Portland Timbers have announced the names of five young field players and one El Portero Allstate finalist who will represent the club at the National Final of Sueño MLS 2016. They will be joined by the six finalists selected last week at the LA Galaxy trials, and six more players to be selected this weekend at the New York Red Bulls trials.

The nationally-televised player search is showcased on Univision Deportes’ República Deportiva, the weekly sports entertainment program that chronicles the tryouts in a “reality show within a show” format.
