NSCAA All-America teams announced for NCAA Women Division I, II, III

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (Via NSCAA) – The National Soccer Coaches Association of America has announced the 2014 NSCAA Women’s All-America Teams for all three NCAA divisions.

2014 NCAA Division III Women’s All-America Teams

On the NCAA Division I list, 17 players earn repeat appearances as All-Americans, led by UCLA senior defender Abby Dahlkemper earning her fourth honor. Additionally, Virginia senior midfielderMorgan Brian and Georgetown senior midfielder Daphne Corboz each pick up their third All-America nod.

Eight NCAA Division II women’s players return as NSCAA All-Americans. The Saint Rose duo ofJourdan Thompason and Carmelina Puopolo each earn their third All-America recognition, as does LIU Post’s Susanne Vistnes.

As for the NCAA Division III All-America Teams, 14 players add to their collection. Senior forwardsEmily Jorgens (Trinity) and Hannah Kronick (Johns Hopkins) are both three-time NSCAA All-Americans following their 2014 First Team nods.

+NCAA Women’s All-Region Teams

The All-America teams for the men’s NCAA divisions, as well as those from NAIA, NCCAA and Junior College programs will be announced throughout week of December 8. These student-athletes will be recognized Saturday, Jan. 17 at the annual All-America Luncheon, held in conjunction with the 2015 NSCAA Convention in Philadelphia.
