INTERACTIVE BRACKET | HOMEPAGE

INDIANAPOLIS — The field and bracket for the 2024 NCAA Division I men’s soccer championship has been announced by the NCAA Division I men’s soccer committee, which awarded the tournament’s No. 1 seed to Ohio State (14-1-3).

The Buckeyes won the Big Ten Conference tournament championship and own the nation’s top winning percentage while making their 12th NCAA tournament appearance.

The No. 2 seed is Atlantic Coast Conference regular season champion Pittsburgh. The Panthers are making their sixth straight NCAA tournament appearance.

Denver checks in as the no. 3 seed while looking for their first national championship appearance after making the tournament 13 of the last 17 seasons.

The No. 4 seed is Big East Conference tournament champion Georgetown who racked up 11 shutouts on the season to sit tied for second in shutout percentage.

Saint Louis leads the tournament field in both tournament appearances (51) and national titles (10). Indiana is making their 38th consecutive tournament appearance while Evansville is making its first appearance since 1996. No team will be making their tournament debut.

Last season’s national champion, Clemson (14-2-4), returns to the tournament for the 37th time as its bid to repeat opens at home with a second-round match-up against the winner of Providence versus Bucknell.

The 48-team field is made up of champions from 22 conferences, who qualified automatically, in addition to 26 teams that were selected at-large. The top 16 teams were seeded and received first-round byes. All first-round games will be played Thursday, Nov. 21, on campus sites, while all second-round action will take place Sunday, Nov. 24. The third round will be played Nov. 30 and Dec. 1, while the quarterfinals will be played Dec. 6 and 7.
