McLean Youth Soccer hires D.C. United legend Jaime Moreno as Advisor
(Via McLean Youth Soccer) – McLean Youth Soccer has hired D.C. United legend Jaime Moreno as the club’s new Player Development Advisor.
Moreno will focus predominantly on the technical development of the 8-12 year olds, but will also have a hand in the development of players in all age groups. Moreno will work closely with Technical Director Clyde Watson and Director of Soccer Keith Tabatznik.
Moreno’s knowledge and experience at the Tahuichi Academy of Bolivia, as well as his experience as a professional in MLS and England, will be shared with MYS players and coaches.
“Jaime’s experience at Tahuichi soccer academy in Bolivia and his ability to impart some of that training to our kids will benefit our club, and it is a privilege to have him with us,” said Watson.
“To have someone with Jaime’s professional background and experience at one of the best youth academies in the world will be a tremendous boost to what we are trying to do here at McLean,” said Tabatznik.
