Loudoun Soccer appoints John O’Hara and Maurice Hughes to Technical Director roles

Leesburg, Virginia – Loudoun Soccer Club announced two new staffing announcements: current Associate Technical Director Travel John O’Hara will step into the role of Technical Director for Loudoun Soccer, and current Associate Technical Director – Elite Programs Maurice Hughes will be promoted to Technical Director for Northern Virginia Alliance (NVA).

“I’m incredibly excited to embark on this opportunity as Technical Director and to continue to work alongside my fellow colleagues, players, and staff,” O’Hara said. “Loudoun Soccer Club is committed to bringing an incredible player experience through the game of soccer, and I’m honored to be a part of it.”
Hughes was similarly enthusiastic: “I’m honored and excited to continue my journey with Loudoun Soccer as the new Technical Director of NVA. This is a tremendous opportunity to further develop our elite program. I’m committed, along with my colleagues and staff, to advance initiatives that will continue to raise the bar for our players, coaches, and the soccer community. “

Loudoun Soccer CEO Mark Ryan stated: “We are delighted to promote John and Maurice as the Technical Directors for Loudoun Soccer and NVA. The new Technical Directors will assume their roles immediately in preparation for the 2024/25 season.
