South Atlantic Premier League expands to 10 clubs for 2015-16 NPL season
The South Atlantic Premier League will expand to 10 clubs in the 2015-16 NPL season, as it welcomes South Carolina United FC, Southern Soccer Academy, Tennessee SC and United Soccer Academy – Mount Pleasant. All clubs will field teams in the U-13 through U-16 boys and girls age groups. Select clubs will have U-17 teams playing an abbreviated schedule that focuses on a showcase format.

Tri-State area ECNL review: May 30-31, 2015

Through success in the US Youth Soccer Southern Regional Premier League (SRPL), several Region III teams have punched their ticket to the 2015 US Youth Soccer Region III (South) Championships, to be played June 19-25 at the Burns Park Soccer Complex in North Little Rock, Ark.

Final seven Virginia State Cup champions crowned for 2014-2015
The spring batch of Virginia State Cup champions were crowned on Sunday at the Virginia Youth Soccer Association (VYSA) Training Center in Fredericksburg. Teams representing Arlington Soccer, FC Virginia, Prince William Soccer, Inc. (PWSI) Courage, Loudoun Soccer, Fairfax Police Youth Club (FPYC), Northern Virginia SC (NVSC) and Annandale United FC won state titles in the boys and girls U-12 to U-14 and men's U-19 age groups.

Bethesda Soccer Club is one of only ten youth soccer clubs in the nation (and the only club in our entire region) that have both Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) and U.S. Soccer Development Academy franchises which provide opportunities for both male and female players to play at the very highest level of youth soccer in the nation.

Former Eastern New York ODP player Mariela Jacome to represent Ecuador in Women’s World Cup
Exactly a year ago, Mariela Jacome and her youth soccer team were winning the Eastern New York State Open Cup championship in LaGrange and now she is preparing for the Women’s World Cup.
