U.S. Soccer releases ‘One Nation. One Team. 23 Stories’ video series on U.S. Women’s World Cup squad
The U.S. Women's National Team has three matches left before traveling to Canada for the 2015 FIFA Women's World Cup in June, but as the excitement for the tournament ramps up, U.S. Soccer has released its "One Nation. One Team. 23 Stories." series. The video profiles feature each member on the U.S. WNT roster and provides fans the opportunity to get to know the players and their stories from outside the soccer field before they cheer them on this summer in Canada during the world's biggest sporting event for women.
D.C. United Academy players to train with F.C. Internazionale in Italy
D.C. United has announced that a select group of D.C. United Academy players will train with their age-group counterparts at partner club F.C. Internazionale from May 3-8. Players from United’s U-14, U-16, and U-18 Development Academy teams will travel to Italy and take part in practice sessions at the Centro Sportivo Giacinto Facchetti.
Schedule and rosters announced for ECNL Mid-Atlantic PDP
The rosters and schedule for the Elite Clubs National League (ECNL) Player Development Program event to be held in Richmond, VA on May 2-3, 2015, have been announced. The event will be held at West Creek Soccer Complex, with some of the best players from the following ECNL clubs in the Mid-Atlantic Conference: Bethesda SC, CASL, FC Virginia, McLean YS, NC Fusion, and Richmond United.
