Team chemistry is an undeniable factor in the success of any program, and it’s everyone’s job to protect it. Even you, Rookie.

You’ll hear this many more times before your career is finished, but once you join that college soccer team, your actions affect far more than just you. Try to remember that in those moments when you’re toying with the idea of doing something incredibly stupid. When your stupidity negatively affects the team, you become a chemistry problem.
