Villanova men’s soccer announces Mark Fetrow as associate head coach

VILLANOVA, Pa . – Mark Fetrow, currently in his sixth season as a part of the Villanova men’s soccer staff, has been elevated to associate head coach.

“Fetrow has done an amazing job with the identification of players who fit what we value the most from a stylistic standpoint, as well as welcoming value driven young men to our Villanova community,” stated Villanova head coach Tom Carlin. “He truly has worked tirelessly in making this program get ready for the next step.”

Fetrow is a 2012 graduate of Penn State University who spent the first three years of his coaching career as an assistant coach at West Chester University. He was part of the 2016 Villanova staff that guided the Wildcats to their first NCAA Tournament appearance.

The Wildcats (1-0-0 overall, 0-0 BIG EAST) host the University of Hartford on Monday at 4 p.m.
