NWSL announces extension of training moratorium through Sunday, March 22

The National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) has announced the extension of its current training moratorium for all clubs through Sunday, March 22.
New NWSL commissioner Lisa Baird issued a statement on Friday announcing the cancellation of all preseason games, and the league followed up Sunday with the decision about its continued training moratorium as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.
