Aisley Holahan is a center back known for her athleticism, agility, speed, power, and overall physicality. Aisley also stands out for possessing these vital tangibles: composure under pressure, tactical awareness, communication, and leadership. Aisley is a confident and aggressive defender who excels in the air, uses her athleticism and ability to read the game to disrupt attacking play, and consistently competes with strength and quickness. Comfortable playing out of the back, she is particularly effective at breaking lines with progressive passes and helping initiate the attack. A natural leader, Aisley has served as Team Captain throughout her U15 and U16 seasons with Fairfax Virginia Union, as well as during her U14 season with Pipeline SC. During her U15 season, she was named Mid-Atlantic All-Conference ECNL, recognizing her performance among top players in the conference.

A USYNT Soccer Talent ID Center invitee, Aisley was also invited to the Gotham FC Center of Excellence. During her U15 season with Fairfax Virginia Union, she was selected to play up with the U16 team at the ECNL National Playoffs in Seattle and with the U16 team at ECNL Kansas City, gaining valuable experience competing against older players at the highest level of youth club soccer.

Prior to joining Fairfax Virginia Union, Aisley played U14 with Pipeline SC under Coach Sean Rush, where she served as team captain. At U13, she played for Bethesda SC, helping the team win the ECNL North Atlantic Conference Championship. Aisley also represented the Olympic Development Program (ODP) Maryland State Team from 2022–2024 and competed with the ODP 2011 East Region Team in 2024.

Aisley is a 2029 student-athlete at Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School, where she maintains a 4.2 GPA. She is a member of the school’s selective 1799 Leadership Program and has demonstrated a strong commitment to academics while competing at the highest levels of youth club soccer.
