SEC Soccer 2026 Preseason Watch List: 74 standouts selected

Birmingham, AL – Seventy-four student-athletes have been named to the 2026 SEC Soccer Preseason Watchlist.

Eighteen players that earned All-SEC recognition last season return for the 2026 campaign, including first team selections: LSU’s Ava Galligan (F), Vanderbilt’s Sydney Watts (F), Arkansas’ Kennedy Ball (M), and Vanderbilt’s Courtney Jones (M).

Five SEC teams are ranked in the United Soccer Coaches preseason rankings: Vanderbilt 5^th, Arkansas 10^th, LSU 16^th, Georgia 19^th and Tennessee 24th. Additionally, South Carolina is among the teams receiving votes.

The 34th season of women’s soccer in the SEC season begins Wednesday, August 12.
