Melani “LANIBEAR” Alacar is a dynamic young striker from Clovis who plays up against older competition with the 2016 age group. A 2018-born player, Melani has built a reputation for her fearless attacking style, creativity on the ball, and ability to score in big moments. Known for her confidence, work ethic, and love for the game, she consistently competes against older players while continuing to develop technically and mentally beyond her age group.

Currently playing club soccer with Odyssey Soccer Club Pre-ECNL U11 player pool after previously competing with Albion SC Fresno, Melani has earned praise from coaches, parents, and opposing teams for her skill, composure, and soccer IQ. Her journey has included tournament finalist appearances, clutch game-winning goals, and leadership through passion and energy on the field.

Off the field, Melani—also known as “LANIBEAR”—inspires young athletes through social media, where she shares her soccer journey, training, faith, and love for competition. Her dream is to continue growing, competing at the highest levels, and one day represent the United States on the world stage.
