Players to Watch: ECNL Girls Phoenix National Event (Spring 2026)

The Spring 2026 ECNL Girls Phoenix National Event is coming up March 27-29, featuring top teams across the U12-U17 age groups.

ECNL Phoenix will be one of the last remaining National Events of the 2025-26 regular season, serving as a major opportunity for players to get seen by college coaches. The Class of 2028 is only a couple months out from entering their active recruiting window, while verbal commitments from the Class of 2027 continue to roll in, and younger players look to get on the radar for future years.

Ozawa is a multiple-time selection for the US Youth Soccer ODP West Interregional Team, often standing out among one of the deepest regional talent pools in the country, in Northern California. She also serves as a team captain for MVLA SC 2012, bringing a lot of leadership and consistency to the back line.

Blakely Bickerstaff

Midfielder
MI

Playing up a year with her sister Blair on the Michigan Hawks 2011 team, Bickerstaff is one of the premier midfielders in the ECNL’s Midwest Conference from the Class of 2030. She’s an outstanding passer and has been a team leader in assists, while also bringing game-breaking speed which causes constant problems for opposing defenses. Bickerstaff is also a track star, with the fastest 200 meter dash time among athletes her age, in the entire country.

Siena Schwarz

Forward Midfielder
CA

Schwarz is a dynamic and versatile winger/midfielder known for high-level technical ability, speed, and athleticism. She possesses exceptional positional awareness and a soccer IQ that consistently elevates team play. She’s a major threat on set pieces, with a proven track record of converting opportunities into goals.

Quinn Egan | Midfielder
SLSG Green 2012 (MO)

A highly-technical and skilled maestro in the midfield, Egan leads SLSG Green 2012 in completed passes. She consistently distributes the ball with exceptional precision, placing the ball on her teammates to give them the best opportunity to advance up the field with space in front of them. When she’s not making key passes and racking up assists, she can also convert scoring chances herself.

Camila Hidalgo | Midfielder
Sting Austin 2012 (TX)

Hidalgo has been invited to 3 U.S. Soccer Talent ID Centers this year, and she’s on the radar for the Peruvian Youth National Team. She’s creative on the ball as an attacking midfielder, thanks in large part to her extensive futsal background. Hidalgo’s futsal team recently won their regional playoff event, and have qualified for the US Youth Futsal Nationals in Virginia this summer.

2029

One of the top offensive weapons for Michigan Hawks 2011, Bickerstaff consistently gets behind the opposing back line, often working with her teammates to put up goals in bunches. She and her squad have already locked up the ECNL Midwest Conference title, and the sky’s the limit for them as they try to get back to the ECNL National Finals once again, after placing 2nd in the country last season.

Stella Greer

Forward
CA

An up-and-coming forward from the Class of 2029 for Slammers FC 2011, Greer is a productive member of both her club team and her school’s varsity team at Fairmont Prep. She has multiple years of experience earning selections for both US Youth Soccer ODP and US Club Soccer PDP events. (HIGHLIGHTS)
